For over 20 years I have helped others overcome barriers to see their lives flourish. As a former firefighter, instructor, and school teacher, I've seen firsthand the devastation on individuals, marriages, and families caused by mental health struggles: PTSD, Trauma, Moral Injury, Stress, Anxiety, and just plain life. I have also witnessed redemption, healing, and renewed faith bringing about beautiful life change. Because of my experience, I am passionate about helping people navigate through these adversities in a healthy and God-honoring way returning to a fulfilling and peaceful life of joy.
Many are nervous due to perceived stigmas associated with trauma-related injury; if you are hesitant to seek relief due to this or other worries, be comforted knowing that confidentiality is paramount for me.
I understand the fear and shame that often come with trauma-related issues, but those who seek help are strong and courageous, not weak!

Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and depression are debilitating; however, they do not have to define your life. I understand the difficulties of anxiety and want to help you navigate the path of change so you can lead the peaceful existence God desires for you. Whether you fight depression, or anxiety, or both, you do not have to stay in them.
Marriage and Family
Marriage can be hard. From communication struggles to loss of trust, emotional disconnection, different parenting styles, sex and money issues, and reestablishing healthy priorities; I'd love to help guide you into renewed hope and restoration for your marriage.

Trauma/PTSD
Trauma affects us all at some point in our lives. It can be mild or completely debilitating. Destroyed marriages, relationships, careers, or worse are the potential outcomes if left unchecked. The good news is, relief is an option if you choose to get support. I know, I have been through it. Our journeys in PTSD may not look the same, but I understand how it can ruin lives if not dealt with.
